Refund and Returns Policy

At Zeyrey Technology Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • You request the return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked Final Sale
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  1. Email us at Zeyreytechnologyprivatelimited@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. You must ship the product back to us within 3 days of approval.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Delivery charges
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) fees
  • Returns received in unsatisfactory condition

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
